Operations Coordinator

Operations Coordinator supports in managing daily operations, verifying payments, and handling reports to ensure smooth business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Overall Company Operations Handling:
- Assist in planning and implementing operational strategies.
- Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor daily activities and maintain operational records.
- Support policy and procedure development.
Payment Verification:
- Verify payment transactions for accuracy and compliance.
- Reconcile discrepancies with the finance department.
- Monitor accounts payable/receivable and process invoices.
- Liaise with vendors and customers on payment inquiries.
Report Handling:
- Prepare and maintain operational and financial reports.
- Analyze data for process improvements.
- Compile reports for management meetings.
- Assist in preparing annual budgets and forecasts.
Key Competencies:
Operational efficiency, accuracy, communication, problem-solving, and time management.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
