Marketing Intern - Sero Apparels

**Sero**, a renowned men's fashion label with over 50 years of tailoring excellence, is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Intern to join our dynamic team. You'll have the unique opportunity to shape the digital presence of a brand known for its impeccable craftsmanship and sophisticated menswear.

What You'll Do:

- **Craft compelling digital ad campaigns**:Analyze website traffic and audience insights to develop targeted ads across different platforms, ensuring brand consistency and message clarity.
- **Fuel our social media fire**:Manage our Instagram, Facebook, and other social media accounts, creating engaging content that captures the essence of the brand and connects with our target audience.
- **Become a photoshoot maestro**: Assist with planning and coordinating photoshoots, collaborating with photographers, stylists, and models to produce high-quality visuals that showcase our collections.
- **Bridge the digital-offline gap**:Ensure seamless brand representation by interacting with vendors handling both digital and offline media, ensuring consistent messaging and visual identity across all channels.
- **Dive into the world of analytics**:Track the performance of digital campaigns and social media engagement, providing valuable insights to inform future strategies.
- **Become an inshop branding curator**:Work with the marketing team to design and implement compelling in-store displays, signage, and promotional materials that reinforce the brand identity and message.
- **Help curate memorable customer experiences**:Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to create an atmosphere that reflects the brand's values and aesthetics within the physical store.
- **Get your hands dirty with other exciting tasks**:This role is versatile and dynamic, so be prepared to contribute your creativity and initiative to all aspects of our digital marketing efforts.

Who You Are:

- You hold a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- You're a digital native with a keen understanding of the current online landscape, especially social media trends and advertising platforms.
- You are a detail-oriented person with a creative mindset and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
- You're a talented communicator with excellent writing and verbal skills, able to interact effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders.
- You're a team player with a collaborative spirit who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- You have experience with photo editing software like Photoshop or Lightroom.

Bonus points:

- Understanding of basic analytics tools like Google Analytics or Facebook Insights.
