**Role Overview**: As a Play School & Day-Care Teacher at SVSPF Kids Day Care, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational experiences of our youngest learners. Your responsibilities will include creating a nurturing and stimulating environment, developing age-appropriate lesson plans, and fostering social and emotional development in children aged 2 to 5 years.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Curriculum Development**: Design and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans and activities that promote holistic child development.

**Classroom Management**: Create a safe and engaging classroom environment conducive to active learning and play.

**Individualized Learning**: Identify and address the unique needs of each child, providing support and enrichment as necessary.

**Parent Communication**: Maintain open and effective communication with parents, sharing insights into children’s progress and development.

**Child Development**: Promote social, emotional, physical, and cognitive growth through interactive and creative teaching methods.

**Assessment**: Conduct regular assessments to evaluate and track each child’s progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.

**Safety**: Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care at all times.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Certification in Early Childhood Education is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Play School Teacher or a similar role.
- Passion for working with young children and a commitment to their growth and development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, creativity, and a nurturing personality.
