**Purpose of the role**:

- To ensure the availability of all resources, which require to meet production plan.
- To implement the ACME, TQM initiatives.
- To reduce the COPQ in the shop floor.
- To monitor the effective of the machine & employee.
- Prepare the jobs list machine wise.
- Check for availability of required tools, fixtures, programs, measuring instruments.
- Allocate jobs to machines according to criticality of dimensions (close tolerance and cost of raw material).
- Job changing to next resource if resource is breakdown / overloaded.
- Resource changing in ERP if resource is breakdown / overloaded.
- Monitoring the jobs are running as per ERP timings.
- Attending daily production meeting twice a day.
- Part should be completed as per Router & Production plan.
- Machine utilization should be above 90 percentage.
- Improving the Setting time / Cycle time / Tool life / Machine utilization, consumption of consumables machine.
- Implementation of suggestion given by employees.
- Presentation to management for the successfully implemented suggestions.
- Control system training to the employees for L0,L1.
- Train the basic knowledge in drawing interpretation.
- Train basic knowledge in process interpretation, MTS, Router(E).
- Train basic knowledge in measuring instruments.
- Train basic knowledge in de-burring skills.
- Evaluation the skill levels (L0 to L1).
- TQM Step 1Training to employees.
- Monitoring the UWP, UBE, UPB.
- Providing & monitoring must be facilities.
- Providing 3C container.
- Documents storage & retrieval.
