Store Assistant

_Responsibilities:_
- _Greet customers and assist with product enquiries, and purchases_
- _Ensure that the store is clean, organised and properly stocked at all times_
- _Receive and process incoming inventory shipments, including unpacking boxes, labelling products and stocking shelves_
- _Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and product sales_
- _Assist with store promotions and sales, including setting up displays and signage_
- _Operate the cash register and process customer transactions_
- _Respond to customer concerns in a timely and professional manner_
- _Collaborate with other store employees to ensure a positive and efficient shopping experience for customers_
- _Perform other duties as assigned by store management_
- Requirements:_
- _Secondary school diploma or equivalent_
- _Prior retail or customer service experience preferred, but not essential_
- _Excellent communication and interpersonal skills_
- _Strong attention to detail and ability to work with a high degree of accuracy_
- _Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment_
- _Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required_
