We are recruiting **Drone Instructor** for a drone tech company.

Job Location - **Coimbatore**.

**Responsibilities:

Develop and organize a comprehensive drone training curriculum covering all aspects of operations, regulations, and safety.

Conduct classroom lectures on drone technology, aerodynamics, and flight principles.

Provide hands-on flight training, demonstrations, and guidance for safe drone operation.

Utilize drone flight simulators for virtual training and decision-making practice.

Ensure students understand and comply with local and international drone regulations.

Emphasize safety protocols and emergency procedures throughout training.

Administer assessments and offer constructive feedback to evaluate student competency.

Stay updated on latest drone technology, regulations, and best practices.

Maintain accurate training records, student progress, and certifications.

Engage in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills and industry knowledge.

**Requirements**:

- The Instructor must have a **DGCA drone instructor** certification.
- 5-6 years experience as drone pilot.
- Hands on experience as drone instructor.
- Good communication skills.
- Good organisational skills.

**Salary**: ₹1,100,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year

- Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Drone pilot instructor: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:

- DGCA Drone Instructor (preferred)
