Server/waiter

As a Waiter, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to guests, ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable. You will take food and drink orders, serve meals, handle payments, and address customer inquiries with a professional and friendly demeanor. Your primary role is to create a positive guest experience by ensuring the restaurant operates efficiently and the service is up to the establishment’s standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Guest Service**: Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables. Offer menus, explain daily specials, and take food and drink orders.
- **Order Taking & Communication**: Accurately enter orders into the point-of-sale (POS) system and communicate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
- **Serving Food and Drinks**: Serve food and beverages to customers in a prompt, professional, and courteous manner. Ensure the correct orders are delivered to the correct guests.
- **Table Maintenance**: Ensure that tables are clean and set up properly before and after meals. Refill drinks, remove empty plates, and clear tables promptly.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹11,000.00 per month
