Lumpur (Malaysia). Our main missions are:

- Retrofit Solutions: Deliver and Support added value Retrofit solution packages to maintain continued aircraft airworthiness and improve Customers’ Operations & profitability
- Maintenance Program Engineering: Deliver customer value through an array of services (from business development to the preparation of Planned Maintenance Service products, maintenance program optimization exercises and Parking & Storage)
- Scheduled Maintenance Services: Support the operation and maintenance of all Airbus aircraft and all customers worldwide, from development of initial requirements to deviation management and optimization of maintenance tasks.
- GSE Engineering: Engineering activities related to GSE & Tools (including Design, Services, Manufacturing Engineering & Front desk) for all Airbus aircraft and all customers worldwide

In a strong transnational environment, you will secure the Airbus commitments to Airlines by driving

the Service Bulletin (SB) production.

In the AISBM department, you will be part of Production Monitoring team which is in charge of:

- Planning the SB production (all ATA chapters, all programs), assigning work orders to one of our worldwide production centers and monitoring the SB authoring workload,
- Monitoring the SB production to meet the on quality / on-time Delivery performance and the financial objectives.
- Monitoring the business and dealing with the subcontracting invoicing process

TASKS

As Production Monitoring Officer, you will work in a transnational team.

Your tasks and responsibilities will be to:

- Decide the assignment of the SB draft work order to one of our worldwide production centers (Airbus and Suppliers) by finding the best arrangement according to the SB complexity, the SB priority, the wished draft target date and production financial targets while securing the quality of the deliverable.
- Commit on the full SB draft planning according to the production steps of authoring and control phases
- Adapt your project management to the level of complexity of each SB topics
- Review the progress follow-up of all SBs under your scope with production centers, challenge means and target dates to ensure On-Time Delivery, arbitrate between priorities and take initiative to solve issues that may occur during the authoring phase.
- Perform risk & opportunity analysis on your perimeter, raising actions to mitigate blocking points
- Provide a clear reporting to all stakeholders about the SB status and launch an escalation process if required.
- Support and facilitate communication between the SB authoring teams and the SB technical teams through daily phone calls or mail in order to resolve issues occurring during production.

SKILLS
- Experience in planning and monitoring activity
- Experience in subcontracting follow-up
- Ability to work across organizations and in a multi-national and multi-cultural environment
- Strong organization, planning and coordinating skills
- You are recognized for your communication and interpersonal skills, your ability to work with multiple stakeholders and your ability to work within short deadlines in a fast moving environment
- You are independent and inquisitive
- A negotiation level of English is required for this position.
