- Minimum experience required-:
- Atleast 3 years for Operations executive and atleast 5 years for Operations manager.
- Experience of atleast 2 years in running operations, handling agents, aggregators, digital channels, settlement, commission calculation and management, reconciliation and settlement, Chargebacks, Queries management - first level technical and operational.
- Experience of handling operational environment with high txns per day
- Job Description-:
- Proficiency in English - verbal and written.
- MIS reports generation
- Proficiency in Excel, Pivots, trend analysis
- Root cause analysis reporting
- Familiarity of technology behind digital channels ( beginner’s )
