Roles and Responsibilities

To monitor and control HLP & Repairs and Maintenance Expenses.

To guide the team in day to day operations.

Responsible for handling day-to-day complaints regarding projection & sound maintenance

Ensures all equipment and areas are maintained as per required standard.

Ensures that employees in the department perform as per organizational standards.

Responsible for maintenance of all equipment and work area as per required standards.

Monitor AC Plant and supervise operations and maintenance of the AC plant.

Maintain the chilled water distribution system from plant to each area.

Direct shifting of chillers/pumps as conditions warrant, properly laying up off-line chillers/pumps.

Direct preparation of chillers and related equipment for startup and supervise proper lay-up and cleaning of equipment at end of season.

Direct water treatment programs for chilled water production and distribution.

Assists Regional Manager - Engineering for all planning and ensures execution of preventive

maintenance of all equipment

Should have experience in Electrical and General Maintenance.
