Production Supervisor

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Production Supervisor to join our dynamic team in the fast-paced and exciting world of bakery production. As a Production Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of our bakery facility, ensuring the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and safety.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Inventory Management:
Collaborate with inventory control teams to manage raw materials and finished goods inventory levels. Implement strategies to minimize waste and optimize inventory turnover.

2. Technical Knowledge:
Should be proficient in Ms-Excel, Word, Ms-Paint, SAP, etc.

3. Quality Control:
Implement and enforce quality control standards to ensure that all bakery products meet or exceed customer expectations. Conduct regular inspections of production processes, equipment, and finished products to identify and address any issues promptly.

4. Safety Compliance:
Uphold and enforce safety protocols and guidelines to create a safe working environment for all staff. Conduct regular safety meetings, training sessions, and drills to ensure that all team members are aware of and follow safety procedures.

5. Production Planning:
Collaborate with the production planning team to develop and implement production schedules that meet customer demand while maximizing efficiency and minimizing waste. Monitor and adjust production plans as needed to address changes in demand, equipment availability, and other factors.

Qualifications:
Bachelor in Hotel Management (Production), B.Sc. In Food Technology, BCA

Computer knowledge.

Familiarity with inventory management and production planning software is a plus. SAP, Microsoft.

Flexibility to work varied shifts and adapt to changing production demands.

**Experience**:
Required at least 1 year in a related field or equivalent work experience.

Previous experience in bakery or food production is highly desirable.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
