Cmm Programmer

1. Performs NPI, first off, in-process & end-of-run report.

2. Performs ballooning of customer prints/drawings.

3. Knowledge in writing programs for coordinate measuring machines.

4. Knowledge in operating coordinate measuring machine.

5. Good understanding with engineering drawings and geometrical tolerances.

6. Able to adopt for all measuring equipment in future upgrades etc.

7. To conduct inspection on machined products to ensure that products are within design criteria limits.

8. To report all defects through quality control inspectors, in order to raise NCRs to ensure close out action of all issues.

9. To ensure inspection is maintained in a safe and tidy manner.

10. Train new staff and existing staff on CMM.

11. Inspect all finished parts for accuracy and uniformity to ensure product quality and uphold company reputation.

12. Supervise machine are maintained in good condition and the calibration and PM are done as per plan. Report if any abnormality.

13. To work to project specific quality plans.

14. Performs gauge studies, GR & R’s (attribute and variables)

15. Participate in continuous improvement projects

Requirement:
1. Age : 27 and above

2. Qualification : Diploma or Degree

3. Experience : 5 years and above

4. Good communication skill (in English)
