*Responsibilities:*

1. *Client Outreach:* Initiate outbound calls to potential clients from provided leads and lists, introducing them to our real estate services and assessing their needs.

2. *Product Knowledge:* Develop a deep understanding of our real estate offerings, enabling you to articulate their unique value propositions to potential clients.

3. *Engagement and Pitch:* Craft compelling sales pitches tailored to individual client needs, effectively conveying the benefits of our properties and services.

4. *Relationship Building:* Establish and nurture positive relationships with potential clients, addressing their inquiries, and providing information to guide their decision-making process.

5. *Needs Analysis:* Engage in consultative conversations to uncover client preferences, budget constraints, and requirements to recommend suitable properties.

6. *Objection Handling:* Address potential client concerns and objections, providing accurate information to overcome barriers and encourage interest.

7. *Database Management:* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions, leads, and client information in the CRM system.

8. *Sales Targets:* Work towards achieving or surpassing sales quotas and targets, contributing to the overall success of the sales team.

9. *Collaboration:* Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts, share insights, and contribute to collective growth strategies.

10. *Feedback Loop:* Provide feedback to the team about market trends, client preferences, and areas for improvement to refine sales strategies.

*Qualifications:*

- *Education:* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
- *Experience:* Proven experience in tele sales, tele marketing, or related roles, preferably in real estate.
- *Communication Skills:* Exceptional verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade over the phone.
- *Sales Acumen:* Demonstrated ability to understand client needs, pitch effectively, and close deals.
- *Persistence:* Resilience and determination to overcome objections and navigate challenges in a sales environment.
- *Tech Proficiency:* Familiarity with CRM software and telephony systems to manage leads and track progress.
- *Positive Attitude:* Energetic, positive, and self-motivated with a passion for real estate sales.
- *Adaptability:* Ability to adapt to changing scripts, products, and sales strategies.
- *Time Management:* Effective time management skills to manage call volume and achieve targets.
