Role Overview:
As an AI-Powered Digital Marketing Strategist at AiVa, you will be at the forefront of transforming

marketing for MSMEs with our cutting-edge AI platform. Your key responsibilities will involve

harnessing generative AI for impactful marketing campaigns, crafting visually stunning and high
- conversion ad creatives, and designing personalised marketing strategies using AI-driven data.

Additionally, you will conduct comprehensive market research and competitor analysis to provide

our clients with a strategic competitive advantage, while presenting valuable insights generated by

our AI technology.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the creative team to ideate and implement captivating ad creatives using

generative AI.
- Develop tailored marketing strategies that leverage AI-driven data insights to optimise conversions

and ROI for clients.
- Track, monitor, and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns through AI analytics, making

data-backed recommendations for improvement.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, consumer behaviours, and industry

benchmarks to fine-tune our strategies.
- Assist in the continuous enhancement of the AiVa platform by staying up-to-date with the latest

advancements in AI technology and marketing tools.
- Create engaging and informative content for MSMEs to educate them about the benefits of AI
- powered marketing.
- Brainstorm innovative marketing ideas and experiments, always aiming to stay ahead of the

competition.
- Maintain a keen eye on the performance of competitors, identifying potential opportunities and

threats to improve our market position.

Qualifications (Freshers are eligible):

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Demonstrated proficiency in AI technologies for marketing purposes.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, both written and verbal.
- A creative mindset with a keen eye for design aesthetics and innovative ideas.
- Adaptability and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Passionate about empowering MSMEs through AI-driven marketing strategies.
