Wedding Event Planner

Conducting initial consultations with clients to discuss the wedding packages available, the type of wedding desired, and their wedding budget
- Responsible for assisting clients in planning entire weddings or specific **wedding decor **activities.
- Presenting the proper decor designs for the customer.
- Analyze client requirement and perform decorations on same
- Assist staff to analyze resources and gather all necessary information from various sites.
- The Wedding Planner’s responsibilities include obtaining quotes from vendors, ensuring that budget changes are incorporated into clients’ wedding plans accordingly.
- Preparing the power point presentation for the meeting with client.
- Preparing the quotations after the meeting with clients
- Collecting payments from clients for the services provided.
- Discussing **wedding** logistics with clients, negotiate vendor contracts, and ensure that **wedding**-day activities run smoothly.
- Providing all the necessary details regarding the event to customer.
- Manage each event from lead to execution while overseeing event logistics and managing ongoing communications with clients.
- Travelling for business meetings.
- Creates detailed timelines and floor plans.
- Maintaining a working relationship with vendors and venue
- Conducts short
- and long-term planning and management for wedding events.
- Resolves guest complaints within scope of authority, otherwise refers the matter to upper management. Notifies supervisor or team members regarding of all unusual circumstances.
- Regular and reliable attendance and ability to work weekends to meet the needs of the client and internal teams.
- Develops long-term relationships with clients or potential clients by maintaining consistent verbal and written communications and providing good customer service.
- Planning multiple events at once
- Monitor all on site production activities and manage cleaning process
- Prepare checklist for all activities and ensure completion for same.

Assigning and planning tasks properly with team members before execution of event.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
