Multi Super Specialty Hospital in Banga, Nawanshahr, Punjab, is currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Anaesthetist to join our dynamic team of healthcare professionals. The Anaesthetist will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and effective administration of anaesthesia to patients undergoing surgical procedures, as well as providing perioperative care and pain management services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Administer anaesthesia to patients undergoing surgical, obstetrical, and other medical procedures, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the process.
- Assess patients' medical histories, perform pre-operative evaluations, and develop individualized anaesthetic plans tailored to their specific needs and conditions.
- Monitor patients' vital signs, oxygen levels, and other physiological parameters before, during, and after surgery, adjusting anaesthesia as necessary to maintain optimal conditions.
- Manage patients' pain and discomfort during the post-operative period, utilizing a variety of techniques including regional anaesthesia, analgesic medications, and non-pharmacological interventions.
- Collaborate closely with surgeons, nurses, and other members of the surgical team to coordinate patient care and ensure smooth transitions between different phases of the perioperative process.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and complications that may arise during anaesthesia administration, employing appropriate resuscitative measures and protocols.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding anaesthesia options, risks, and recovery expectations.

**Qualifications**:

- Medical degree from a recognized institution.
- Postgraduate specialization in Anaesthesiology.
- Valid medical license to practice in Punjab, India.
- Minimum of 0-3 years of experience in anaesthesia, preferably in a hospital setting.
- Proficiency in administering various types of anaesthesia, including general, regional, and local anaesthesia techniques.
- Strong understanding of perioperative care principles, including airway management, fluid resuscitation, and pain control.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
