As a Production Manager in the fashion industry, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and overseeing the manufacturing and production processes of fashion products. You will be responsible for ensuring that production operations are carried out efficiently, on time, and within budget. Additionally, you will collaborate with various teams, including design, sourcing, and logistics, to ensure the successful execution of production plans.

Key Responsibilities:
Production Planning and Scheduling:Develop and implement production plans, considering factors such as product specifications, deadlines, and available resources.
Create production schedules and coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure timely production and delivery of fashion products.
Monitor production progress and take proactive measures to address any issues or delays.

Supplier Management:Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and maintain strong relationships with vendors and manufacturers.
Collaborate with suppliers to ensure the availability of raw materials, equipment, and other resources required for production.
Conduct regular supplier performance reviews to assess quality, reliability, and adherence to production standards.

Quality Assurance:Develop and implement quality control procedures to maintain high standards of product quality and minimize defects.
Conduct regular inspections and quality audits throughout the production process, from initial samples to final product shipment.
Work closely with the Quality Control team to address any quality issues and implement corrective actions.

Cost Control and Budgeting:Monitor production costs and implement measures to optimize operational efficiency and reduce expenses.
Develop and manage production budgets, ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources and materials.
Collaborate with the Finance department to track production costs, analyze variances, and provide reports on budget performance.

Team Management and Collaboration:Lead and supervise the production team, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting teamwork and cross-functional cooperation.
Coordinate with other departments, such as design, merchandising, and logistics, to ensure smooth coordination and execution of production plans.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Apparel Production, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Production Manager in the fashion industry, with a strong understanding of garment manufacturing processes and techniques.
- Excellent knowledge of production planning, scheduling, and quality control principles.
- Familiarity with têxtile materials, production equipment, and industry regulations.
- Proficient in using production management software and tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers.
- Leadership abilities to manage and motivate a team.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and efficiency.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
