Injection Moulding Operator

**Responsibilities**:

- Set up and adjust injection moulding machines according to production specifications.
- Load moulds with the appropriate materials and ensure proper alignment.
- Monitor machine operations to ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with moulds, machines, and finished products.
- Perform routine maintenance on injection moulding equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and achieve production targets.
- Document production and quality data accurately.
- Train and mentor junior operators as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 10 years of experience as an Injection Moulding Operator.
- Proficiency in setting up and operating injection moulding machines.
- Strong knowledge of moulding processes, materials, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Giridih, Jharkhand: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
