Our growing company is seeking to hire a project coordinator who will be in charge of assisting our project manager in organizing our ongoing projects. This task involves monitoring project plans, schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures, organizing and participating in stakeholder meetings, and ensuring that client are satisfied.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.
- Organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings.
- Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
- Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
- Determining project changes.
- Ensuring projects adhere to standards and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
- Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
- Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution.
- Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members.
- Liaising with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives
- Ensuring that clients’ needs are met as the relationship evolves
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants

**Requirements and skills**:

- Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role
- Experience in project management, from conception to delivery
- An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
- Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
- Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control
- Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g. JIRA)
- BSc in Business Administration or related field
- PMP / PRINCE2 certification is a plus
- Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
