**Qualifications -**

**Desirable**: The applicant may be preferred if s/he has knowledge of Semiconductor Physics, Device simulation / thin film fabrication and surface characterizations, etc. Experience in simulations with CAD software (COMSOL/Ansys/SolidWorks etc.)

**Benefits**

Fellowship: 31,000/- pm (Fixed) for first two years and 35,000/- pm (Fixed) for third year.

**Job Type**: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 36 months

**Salary**: ₹31,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
