Delhi, India THE DIRECT ADMISSION GROUP Full time

**Responsibilities**:
1.Conduct online training sessions for students preparing for the GMAT and CAT exams.
2.Develop and implement a comprehensive curriculum to cover all sections of the GMAT and CAT exams, including Quantitative Ability, Verbal Ability, Data Interpretation, and Logical Reasoning.
3.Provide personalized instruction and guidance to students to help them improve their test-taking strategies and overall performance.
4.Evaluate students' progress through regular assessments, mock tests, and practice exercises.
5.Identify individual strengths and weaknesses of students and provide tailored feedback and suggestions for improvement.
6.Stay updated with the latest exam patterns, question types, and scoring methodologies for the GMAT and CAT exams.
8.Address students' queries and concerns regarding the GMAT and CAT exams promptly and effectively.
9.Maintain accurate records of students' attendance, performance, and progress.
10.Collaborate with the admissions team to provide insights and suggestions for improving the training program.

**Requirements**:
1.Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.
Previous experience in teaching or training students for the GMAT or CAT exams is preferred.
2.Must have personally appeared for the GMAT or CAT exam and achieved a valid and competitive score.
In-depth knowledge of the exam structure, content, and scoring criteria of the GMAT and CAT exams.
3.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4.Ability to engage and motivate students in an online learning environment.
5.Strong organizational and time management skills.
6.Proficiency in using online teaching tools and platforms.
7.Dedicate a minimum of 2 hours per day for online training sessions.

**Salary**:
The salary range for this position is based on number of classes.
