Experience in maintenance of Kiln, Raw mill and coal mill section equipment’s, Belt & screw conveyors, Bag House, Fans, Hydraulic system.

Knowledge of all UTCL safety Standards & 100% implementation at site.

WCM concepts & implementation at site.

Annual Budget preparation for designated area & plan for consumption.

SAP knowledge on PM & MM module.

Improve availability of Kilns.

To decrease specific power consumption of Kiln, Raw mill and coal mill.

To identify and execute the improvement jobs.

To adopt standard maintenance practices & improve reliability of equipments.

Spares & maintenance planning for routine, short term & for shut down.

**JOB PROFILE**
***:Kiln section maintenance

**KRA 1**: Experience in maintenance of Kiln, Raw mill and coal mill

**KRA 2**: Knowledge of all UTCL safety Standards & 100% implementation at site

**KRA 3**:SAP knowledge on PM & MM module

**KRA 4**: Improve availability of Kiln, Raw mill and coal mill

**KRA 5**: To maintain S&S an RPM expenses well within annual budgeted limit.

**Critical Job competencies / Mandatory Skills**:
**Mechanical Maintenance -Kiln, Raw mill and coal mill SAP**

**Professional Qualifications: Degree / Diploma in Mech. Engg.**

**Essential: Degree / Diploma in Mech. Engg.**

**Preferably: Degree/ Diploma in Mech. Engg.**

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor Of Engineering,Diploma in Mech. Engg.

**Minimum Experience Level**:
5-10 Years
