**Job Role and Responsibilities**

Ø Receive and ascertain the quality and quantity of incoming materials.

Ø Compare received material with order and inform Procurement department of shortage/excess or for any quality issues.

Ø Ensure material is stored in an appropriate manner.

Ø Prepare & maintain daily report for Issued material.

Ø Ensuring correctness of Material, Quality etc for all dispatches

Ø Maintain relevant/statutory records of the receipt and issue of the store’s inventory.

Ø Track & reduce Product Damages.

Ø Ensure adequate levels of stores inventory are maintained at all times to prevent stock outs.

Ø Prepare stock statement on monthly basis. Report to the department regarding short/excess stock, inferior quality materials etc.

Ø Co-ordinate with purchase, accounts departments for purchasing of material and bill clearance.

Ø Ensure proper documentation and filing.

Ø Minimum Bachelors or equivalent to it.

Ø Prior experience in retail, preferably in a management position, would be advantageous.

Ø Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
