Assignment: Analytics Lead, Senior Consultant

**Responsibilities include**:

- Consulting: Engage with customer business and IT executives to define and execute enterprise-level analytics transformation initiatives and help create compelling business cases to transition to the Cloud by identifying motivators and drivers that unlock business value for our customers.
- Expertise - Implement Data lake & Datawarehouse solutions on AWS including:

- Data Ingestion from multiple source system, include real time/streaming and batch process and Data migration from Big Data platform, such as Cloudera.
- Data processing from source system, through data warehouse and datamart, in accordance with business logic
- Data modelling and architect the database schema align with telco industry needs
- Architectural knowledge and Hands on key board experience required with Amazon Simple Storage Service (S3), Amazon Elastic Map Reduce (EMR), Amazon Redshift, AWS Glue (serverless Apache Spark workloads), AWS Lambda (serverless computing), etc.
- Delivery - Define and deliver on-site technical engagement with customer. This includes participating in meetings & visits, understanding customer analytics requirements, and proposing and delivering custom solution engagements.

**Requirements**:

- Strong Communication Skills
- Strong Azure Data Engineering Skills
- Good understanding of Synapse, python
- Strong architecture experience.
- Strong understanding of Data security and other security
- Decent understanding of DevOps ,
- Azure DevOps preferable
- 12+ years of delivery experience in data & analytics services and solutions
- 8+ years of hands on experience with any of the following technologies: Databases (SQL/NoSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra, MariaDB, PostgreSQL), Big Data open source tools (Hadoop, Spark), Big Data proprietary tools (Hortonworks, Cloudera) programing experience (Java, Python, R, Julia, SQL) BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Spotfire, Microstrategy, Cognos, etc), Data Governance tools (Colibra,Talend, etc)
- 5+ years of experience in cloud technologies
- Ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges.
- Experience in data governance practice, this include data quality, data security and data cataloging
- Strong verbal and written communications skills and ability to lead effectively across organizations
