**ROLE DESCRIPTION**:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Counsellor located in Noida. As a Telesales Executive (BDC), you will be responsible for communicating with potential Students, generating leads, providing Student support, and making sales. Your role will involve maintaining relationships with Students and ensuring students' satisfaction.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proven experience in lead generation and sales
- Ability to provide excellent customer support
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred

**QUALIFICATIONS**: Bachelor’s in any stream, special preference for Science Background

**EMPLOYMENT**:

- **Mode of working**: Work from Office
- **No. of working days**:6 days a week (Third Saturday Off)
- **Shift Time**: 09:30 am to 6:00 pm or 10:00 am to 06:30 pm

(Total 08:30 Hours + extra time when needed)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
