- Dip. BSC Chemical (full Time) from reputed Institute**
**8.Experience:

- 3 to 8 years of Electro platting experience for managing overall production at same level.**

**9. Position Purpose**

As a Production Engineer /Incharge for barrel base Electroplating processes (Advance Tin on Coper), you will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and maintaining plating and chemical processes to achieve efficiency and quality goals. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance production capabilities and implement process improvements in a high-volume manufacturing environment.

- Barrel Tin Platting on copper component
- Preparing the plating Bath (comprised of acid tin, alkaline tin or methyl sulphonic acid solutions)
- The Electrodepositing Procedure
- Computer Windows 10 and MS office, Etc..
- Concept Knowledge of 7QC Tools, 5’S, ISO 9001:2015, etc.
- Solve problems like Tin Whiskers, Lack of Uniform Thickness, Black Spots, Perishable Solderablity ,

1. Manpower Management: Induction, deployment of competent workers; work towards their skill enhancement through class room / on job training programs. Motivate them towards continual improvement by identifying projects & providing required resources. Lead team to align with organization’s goals.

2. Machine Utilization: Ensure maximum OEE of the machine thereby ensuring OTD of the products.

3. Material : Maintain minimum inventory in the department using KANBAN. Ensuring priority of items according to dispatch schedule.

4. Cost Reduction: Ensure best utilization of assets, Highest productivity, rational usage of consumables & other resources.

5. Emphasis on Why-Why analysis, 7 QC tools, TPM, 5S. Kaizens etc.

6. Establish and maintain well the infrastructure, furniture, resources and tools for carrying out the test and make an analysis in the Laboratory.

7. Install exhaust fan, ventilation, first aid and fire extinguisher near the lab and avoid any kind of pollution in and around the lab.

8. Maintain proper air circulation, temperature, humidity, light and environment.

9. Use appropriate PPA while you are in the Laboratory.

10. Maintain record of all inputs you use in the Lab, outputs and maintain accountability.

11. Keep all chemicals and lab equipment and instruments properly and avoid breakage.

12. Carry test meticulously and perfectly, as per standards defined.

13. Follow and Maintain samples, test and analysis reports as per ISI or ISO standards applicable to our product, process or system.

14. Follow Waste Management System and dispose of waste water, oil, chemicals, papers, samples in the manner and as per the environmental laws applicable to labs.

15. Keep copy of latest standards or books, gazettes applicable for our chemicals and test in safe custody.

16. Suggest ideas and innovation you would like to recommend with a view to improve our process, system and procedures.

17. Maintain good house-keeping, 5S and display SOPs and Visuals as appropriate.

18. Submit your daily/weekly/monthly or yearly report to your Head of Department.

19. Prepare MIS reports and Management, Customers and Auditors as and when it is needed as per their requirements.
