**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
- Monitoring the previous sales history and co-ordinate in solving problems
- Acknowledge of receipt of order to parties and execute it immediately in co-ordination of the factory staff
- Daily dispatch report to be maintained and same to be informed to management and buyer
- Frequent communication with all type of customers
- Ensure that the goods are out to delivery at the stipulated time as asked by customer
- Ensure proper streamlining of logistics of goods with proper documentation is being followed
- Shipping department details communication with buyer.
- Track the customer compliant if any, after dispatch and communicate with management and factory and ensure corrective action is done effectively and monitor that the same problem doesn’t arise again
- Act as liaison between customers and company by addressing customer issue and solving problems whenever in need
- Ensure proper Invoicing in relation to quality and price is made for the supply
.Manage the entire logistic pricing and comparisons
**QUALIFICATION**:
MBA (MKT)
**EXPERIENCE**:
IN B2B - 3-5 years in Manufacturing sector
**SKILLS**:
Problem solving skills
Interpersonal skills
Attention to detail
Presentation skills
Smart Customer handling skills
MS Office
**LANGUAGE SKILLS**:
English, Tamil and Multilinguistics language skill is advantages

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
