**Position Title**: Territory Manager/NMEU -South (Food Service)

**Reporting Manager**:National Manager - National Manager - QSR, MEU & Cash & Carry

**Location**:Bangalore, India

**Responsibility**:Role is responsible for driving volume growth agenda in National MEUs
- South by identification/ analysis/ forecasting of business opportunities, mobilizing the sales team and other internal cross functional teams/ channel Partners/ trade Partners, towards the achievement of defined business objectives (at geography/ category/ product level) and ensuring implementation of systems & processes. Distribution Expansion beyond existing towns, Entry into various sub channels, Coverage increase in existing towns by actively working to improve Input KPI’s, adopting fitting RTM models and ensuring the business objectives are met through focused efforts.
- Develop strategy for category growth, identifying key actions, and developing/delivering into execution plans. To focus on handling NMEU business of South with a strong focus on key channels like Cinema, South India cuisine, Pub and Bar segment. To build MEU business of South and drive special projects in alignment with Zonal team
- To provide action-orientated operator approach to create a strong competitive advantage in the Food Service market. This involves seeking and analyzing consumer and operator information from multiple sources and drive results and seamlessly integrate execution of monthly activation initiatives
- To contribute effectively to the New Product Development Stage gate process, to ensure category and customer considerations are addressed early in the process leading to more effective product launches, with an ongoing plan for nurturing to success (including re-engineering projects & segment product portfolio).
- To assist with activating McCain brands within the Foodservice environment by providing key information and support to the Foodservice team
- To collaborate with Zonal South team & ensure NMEU segment is seeded in the region. To ensure as a support & work closely with all key operators of the region, to have joint business planning & quarterly business review with Key MEUs
- Develop and manage the Activation Annual Plan in line with Brand and Sales Priorities, strong alignment with ASMs of the region for business development
- To ensure AOC numbers are achieved & business grows with a strong focus on key segments
- To collaborate with internal stake holders at Head office
- Marketing/ Supply chain/Finance
- Conceptualize and lead Visibility initiatives for South region
- Efforts to be led across segment classifications in line with Annual plan & budget allocation
- Continuously strive to improve the impact by coming up with fresh, efficient and high impact ideas
- Create & build more snacking occasions with National chains & regional MEUs of South

**Related Experience**:

- 5-8 Yrs of work experience preferably in FMCG or similar industry
- MBA / Post Graduate
- Strong command on MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Hospitality experience will be an added advantage
