Telesales Executive Ll Domestic

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to companies from a pre-provided list to pitch our services and onboard them onto our platform.
- Deliver a compelling pitch and handle any FAQs regarding the service or subscription process.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Sales teams to refine the pitch and meet conversion targets.
- Responsible for creating sales opportunities for marketing team by connecting to the vendors and briefing them on our subscription plans. Schedule meetings with qualified leads for our marketing operation team.
- Assist the client with adhering to best practices in order to achieve optimum benefit from their registration.
- Will serve as a primary point of contact for the assigned accounts to ensure maximum client satisfaction and successful association with the brand.
- Achieve vendor onboarding targets and earn incentives based on successful conversions.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, client interactions, and conversion statuses.
- Attend meetings with companies, both large and small, as needed.
**Requirements**:
- Fluency in both English and Hindi (spoken and written).
- Knowledge of additional Indian languages will be considered a plus.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Confidence and ability to deliver a polished and presentable pitch.
- Proactive, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
