**Job Summary**:
The Surveillance Supervisor is responsible for leading a team of surveillance officers during their shifts and maintaining the overall security of the casino.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and supervise surveillance officers during their shifts, ensuring their strict adherence to established protocols.
- Vigilantly monitor surveillance feeds, promptly identifying and reporting security issues and irregularities.

Conduct regular inspections of surveillance equipment and ensure proper maintenance to maintain optimal functionality.
- Assist in the training and mentoring of new surveillance officers, facilitating their professional growth.
- Prepare detailed incident reports and collaborate closely with higher management in investigations.
- Uphold strict confidentiality in all aspects of work and adhere to all legal requirements relevant to the role.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in surveillance or security roles, with a strong grasp of equipment operation and maintenance.
- Proficiency in leadership and communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Adaptability to a dynamic work environment.
