**Job description**
**Responsibilities**
Meet and exceed sales targets
Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
Generate and qualify leads through cold calling.
Should be able to handle incoming / outgoing calls.
Manage leads by tracking and following up on them.
Should be a very convincing with positive attitude.
Shall be responsible for handle customer queries on call / mail.
**Qualifications**
1-3 years' quota carrying sales experience
Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Possess good communication skills, both oral and written
Ability to handle pressure and complete targets on monthly basis.
**Salary**: INR 1,50,000 - 2,20,000 PA.
