This position is responsible for the delivery and administration of a range of learning & development programs for the associates in the organization.
**Responsibilities**:
Engage with the key stakeholders to conduct skills analysis, training need analysis and prioritize training.
Understand the business/delivery manager’s needs and breakdown the business problem to be able to create and propose a learning solution
Conduct discussions with BUs to understand training requirements (mandatory trainings, technical, domain, behavioural training)
Identify and prioritize organization level training needs and programs in line with organization's strategy and vision.
Ensure that content and context of all materials remains current and relevant for business needs.
Advice business to identify training needs identified in performance appraisals.
Conduct training programs for various audience groups, as and when required
Execute roll out of training interventions including timelines, target audience and location.
Arrange training logistics (with support of Operations Support) and drive delivery of training.
Operational role, responsible for delivering results that have direct impact on the achievement of results within the job area and may also impact a wider operational area.
**Requirements**:
7+ years of experience with strong communication skills and keen to assist people with their learning and development and good interpersonal skills.
Self-driven to handle the function independently.
Designing and supplying a variety of training styles
Managing budgets and managing people
Confident in both written and spoken communication with the ability to present to large audiences
Organisational and planning skills to manage your time and to meet deadlines and objectives
- Personal commitment to improving your own knowledge and skills.
Post Graduate Diploma/MBA in HR/Training & Development/Psychology
Certification in L&D is a plus
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and facilitate on-going training for new and incumbent users for core systems and related tools- Evaluate training and development programs- Develop goals and strategies to ensure the IT department runs smoothly and effectively.- Develop the companyâ€Âs culture and overall company vision.- Develop, monitor and refresh succession plans- Update technical documentation- Leverages technology to capture data for reporting/analysis of operational metrics- Produce monthly management reports for senior leadership**Skills**:
