**FLS for Banca (Life Insurance)**
- **Min Experience - 1 year as FLS Banca sales channel (Life Insurance) in West Bengal**:

- Freshers & students are not eligible
- Proficiency in English & locl language is a must
- Min Education - Graduation
- Should be self-motivated, target oriented with a go-getter attitude
- Salary - upto 4 LPA (Depending upon last salary & experience)
- PF + Sales Incentive also available
- Jadavpur, Kolkata, Kolkata Suburbs, Park St, Tollygunge, Barasat, Bidhannagar, Saltlake, Kalyani, Rajarhat, Amtala, Bagnan, Basirhat, Canning, Chinsurah, Deganga, Diamond Harbour, Domjur, Habra, Howrah Rural, Haldia, Midnapore, Tamluk.

~ **Key Responsibilities**:

- Building strong relationships with bank employees
- Lead Generation for Life Insurance
- Going to Sales/Customer Calls
- Product training & Motivating branch staff to achieve targets
- Regular follow-up until Sales Closure

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
