Homecare Nurse

Roles and Responsibilities:
Clinical
- Maintain professional standards of competence in line with current best nursing practices.
- Ensure that all care needs for each patient are met in accordance with the care plan.
- Ensure that all patient care is delivered in accordance with company documented clinical standards.
- Accurately record all relevant information relating to a patient’s care or treatment at the time the care was delivered.
- Communicate with the referring clinician in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain close liaison with other healthcare professionals as appropriate.

MBA Care
- Baby Care Related Activities:

- Provide neonatal care including identifying neonatal jaundice, monitoring vital signs, conducting anthropometric measurements, administering immunizations, practicing kangaroo mother care, mummification of baby, baby bath, formula feeding, burping, diaper changing, and tips to calm down a crying baby.
- Mother Care Related Activities:

- Monitor vitals, assist mother in planning postnatal diet, assist in breastfeeding, provide breast care, perform episiotomy care, perineal care, sitz bath, and assist in providing bathroom bath to the mother.
- Other Activities:

- Maintain baby crib, clean and sterilize feeding bottles, maintain immunization schedule for baby, provide light therapy, and engage baby in play.

Qualification:

- Education: ANM/DGNM
- Experience: 2 - 5 Years of Neonatal/baby Care Experience.
