Gym Trainer

A gym trainer, also known as a fitness instructor or personal trainer, helps clients improve their fitness and health. Their responsibilities include:
- Fitness assessments: Evaluating a client's fitness level and skill level, including postural, flexibility, and strength assessments
- Goal setting: Helping clients set short
- and long-term fitness goals
- Exercise programs: Creating personalized exercise plans to help clients achieve their goals
- Instruction: Demonstrating and explaining how to perform exercises and routines correctly
- Coaching: Motivating and coaching clients to follow their programs safely and effectively
- Progress monitoring: Tracking clients' progress and adapting programs as needed
- Safety: Explaining and enforcing safety rules and regulations for exercise equipment, sports, and recreational activities
- Advice: Providing advice on health, nutrition, and lifestyle changes
- First aid: Giving emergency first aid if needed
- Positive experience: Maintaining a positive exercise experience for clients
- Communication: Keeping management informed of client and facility needs

Pay: ₹9,153.95 - ₹12,000.00 per month
