**Job Description: Textile Supervision**

**Location**: Udhna BRC, India

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Team Management**:

- Lead and supervise a team of têxtile production workers.
- Assign tasks, provide guidance, and ensure productivity targets are met.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback for improvement.
- **Material Handling**:

- Coordinate material handling activities, including receiving, storing, and issuing têxtiles.
- Ensure accurate counting and recording of materials received and issued.
- Implement best practices for inventory management to optimize space and minimize waste.
- **Billing and Documentation**:

- Generate invoices and bills accurately for clients and internal purposes.
- Maintain proper documentation of billing transactions and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Liaise with finance and accounting departments to resolve any billing discrepancies or issues.
- **Data Entry and Record Keeping**:

- Perform data entry tasks related to production, inventory, and other operational activities.
- Maintain updated records of stock levels, production output, and other relevant information.
- Generate reports as required and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
- **Challan Management**:

- Manage the issuance and receipt of challans for material movements.
- Verify the accuracy of challans and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with logistics and transportation teams to facilitate smooth challan processing.
- **Inbound and Outbound Processes**:

- Oversee inbound and outbound logistics operations, including loading and unloading of materials.
- Ensure timely processing of inbound deliveries and accurate documentation of received goods.
- Coordinate outbound shipments and verify orders to ensure correct items and quantities are dispatched.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in têxtile production or related industry, with at least [X years] in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and documentation.
- Knowledge of inventory management principles and practices.
- Familiarity with billing procedures and ERP systems is preferred.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
