Must have Real Estate experience. Through knowledge of legal documentation such as agreement to sales, sale deed, other deeds, 7/12, Ferfar, Search& Title, lease agreements, development agreements, Joint venture agreement, Mortgage deed, settlements, Deed if Assignment, Work Contracts etc.

Able to draft the documents legally in English & Marathi. Knowledge Revenue, Maha RERA compliances, Processing of stamp duty & registration payment &challan generation and execution if final agreements at sub registrar office.
