Intern: User Engagement and Market Research

Overview:
We seek a dynamic and motivated intern to join our team and assist in user engagement activities and market research for our platform. The intern will actively engage with existing and potential users, gather valuable feedback, conduct market research on competitors, and contribute to creating support documents and manuals.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Conduct market research to identify key competitors in the e-learning industry.

2. Analyze competitor platforms to identify potential areas for improvement.

3. Analyze user behavior and engagement metrics on our platforms, including user logins, course enrollments, and time spent. Identify patterns and reasons for low engagement and dropout rates.

4. Conduct interviews and gather user feedback in person and through calls(need-based), to enhance user experience on the platform.

5. Assist in creating support documents and manuals such as support doc, videos, FAQs, etc.

6. Actively engage with existing and potential users to understand their needs, preferences, and pain points.

7. Collect data and create reports based on user feedback and engagement metrics.

Qualifications:

- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in a relevant field (e.g., Business,

Marketing, Communications, Psychology, etc.).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to conduct interviews and gather feedback effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Interest in the e-learning platforms and user experience design is a plus.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 1-2 months

Pay: ₹5,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: In person

Expected Start Date: 04/06/2024
