Safety Officer

**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate & drive all food safety activities & initiatives connected to factory.
- Evaluate, verify and place the systems of all food safety standards like AIB, ISO etc.
- Design internal systems & procedures so that all the food safety norms are complied like audits, self-assessment & reporting for correction.
- SOP compliance, online process check, CCP checks & record.
- Periodical verification of process records, incoming quality check records, ingredient shelf-life records, in-process quality check records.
- Regular verification of correct functioning of critical process equipment’s like weighing balances, metal detectors, sifters etc.
- Create a work culture of hygiene, food safety & GMP requirements through training, education and demonstration.
- Ensure critical to food safety processes are being complied with at any point in time during manufacturing.

**Requirements and skills**
- Hands on experience in food automation process.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Tiruchchirappalli, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Food safety: 5 years (preferred)
