**About The Role**

We are looking for a Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the full life-cycle recruiting process for positions in the India market. If you have a passion for identifying top talent and want to be part of an innovative and growth-oriented company, we would love to talk to you

**Role Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with hiring managers and the People team to understand key requirements and develop a comprehensive recruiting strategy.
- Conduct proactive high-level sourcing using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean searches, as well as through internet searches and networking.
- Manage the recruitment process and applicant flow in our Application Tracking System.

**Role Requirements**
- Hands-on experience in tech hiring is a must for this role.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- Collaborative, passionate about being part of a high-performing team, and willing to support special projects or initiatives as needed.
