- Establish and enforce classroom rules and procedures to promote respectful and productive behavior.
- **Student Assessment and Evaluation**:
- Assess and monitor student progress through formal and informal assessments, tests, and observations.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to students on their academic performance.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and grades.
- **Individualized Support**:
- Identify students who need additional support and provide individualized instruction and interventions.
- Develop and implement strategies to support students with special educational needs.
- Collaborate with special education staff and other professionals to create and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
- **Parent and Guardian Communication**:
- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians about their child's progress, behavior, and any concerns.

- Provide resources and guidance to parents on how to support their child's learning at home.
- **Professional Development**:
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay updated on the latest educational trends, teaching methods, and technologies.
- Participate in workshops, seminars, and training programs to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and develop effective teaching strategies.
- **Extracurricular Involvement**:
- Support and participate in school extracurricular activities, events, and clubs.
- Encourage student participation in activities that promote overall development and well-being.
- Organize and supervise educational field trips and other extracurricular events.
- **Administrative Duties**:
- Assist in the development and implementation of school policies and procedures.
- Participate in staff meetings, committees, and other school-related activities.
- Contribute to the overall planning and administration of the school.
Qualifications:
- **Education**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Elementary Education, or a related field.
- State teaching certification or licensure for primary education.
- **Experience**:
- Previous teaching experience at the primary level is preferred.
- Experience in developing and implementing curriculum and lesson plans.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Tiruchchirappalli, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)
