Client Support Officer

**Objectives of this Role**:
- Neverskip is always in the look to meet and exceed client expectations and believe it could be
achieved only through teamwork, hence we expect our CSO to be a team player, who is keen to
work along with the internal teams to bring the best to their clients.
- We expect them to be absolutely passionate about customer service / relationship management
- Devise and effectuate policies to maximize customer satisfaction by offering them quality service
and building strong relationships.
- Introduce new products, provide demo/training/orientation
- Manage client expectations, work towards meeting and exceeding expectations
- Liaise with the internal teams and work towards achieving client ecstasy
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities:
- Monitor and evaluate industry trends and meet with the school management to ensure the loop is
closed and the stakeholders are satisfied
- Manage proposal response process, including detailed RFP requirements and inputs from
various sources
Skills and Qualifications:
- Successful track record in client support and client handling
- Working experience with client support techniques
- Proven ability to plan and manage resources
