**Job Summary**:
As a Frontend Web Designer at Webchily, you will be responsible for transforming conceptual design ideas into captivating and responsive web interfaces. You will work collaboratively with our design team, developers, and project managers to create visually appealing, intuitive, and pixel-perfect designs. Your understanding of design principles, user experience, and frontend technologies will be crucial in delivering seamless and engaging user experiences that align with our clients' goals.

**Responsibilities**:
Website Design: Create visually stunning and user-friendly website designs based on client requirements, branding guidelines, and the latest design trends.

**Responsive Design**:Ensure that all designs are responsive and optimized for various devices, screen sizes, and orientations to guarantee a consistent user experience across platforms.

**UI/UX Collaboration**: Collaborate closely with the UI/UX team to translate wireframes and user flows into polished and intuitive user interfaces.

**Design Prototyping**: Utilize design tools and prototyping software to showcase design concepts and interactions to stakeholders and developers.

**Image Editing and Optimization**:Edit and optimize images, graphics, and multimedia elements for web use to maintain high performance and fast loading times.

**Cross-Browser Compatibility**:Conduct tests and checks to ensure the compatibility of designs across different browsers and devices.

**Design Consistency**:Maintain design consistency and adhere to established design guidelines throughout the project lifecycle.

**Client Communication**:Present and explain design concepts to clients, taking their feedback and iterating on designs based on their requirements.

**Stay Updated**:Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to bring innovative ideas and solutions to our projects.

**Requirements**:
**Proven Experience**: Fresher or Minimum 6 Months of experience as a Frontend Web Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects and responsive web designs.

**Design Skills**: Proficient in industry-standard design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, or Sketch) to create visually stunning web designs.

HTML/CSS Proficiency: Strong understanding of HTML and CSS with the ability to work with frontend developers to ensure seamless integration of designs.

**Responsive Design**: Experience in designing responsive websites that offer a consistent user experience on various devices.

**UI/UX Knowledge**: Familiarity with user interface and user experience design principles to create intuitive and user-friendly web interfaces.

**Creativity and Attention to Detail**: Demonstrate a high level of creativity, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional design experiences.

**Time Management**: Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.

**Communication Skills**: Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively articulate design concepts and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
Knowledge of frontend development frameworks like Bootstrap or Foundation.Experience in creating animated and interactive web elements using CSS3 and JavaScript.
- Understanding of design accessibility principles and guidelines.
- Previous experience working in a digital agency or similar fast-paced environment.
