**Job brief**

We are looking for a results driven retail Store Manager to be responsible for the overall store management.

**Responsibilities**
1. Developss strategies to raise our customers’ pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability
2. Meetes goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff.
3. Ensure Level of customers satisfaction through excellent service.
4. Complete administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
5. Maintainding store condition and visual merchandising standards
Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc.
6. Proposetive ideas to increase market share.
7. Conductnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths.
8. Dealh all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc).
Be a shining example of well behavior and high performance
Additional store manager duties as needed

**Requirements and skills** 1. Professional experience as a retail Store Manager (2-5yesr) 2. Powerful skills and business orientation 3. Customer Management skills 4. Strong Organisational skills 5. Communication and interpersonal skills 6. degree in Business Administration / any Graduate/ or relevant field

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

**Education**:
