**Full job description**

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for managing a group of field service staff & technicians training.
- Executing Service orientation training for new joinees.
- Service automation process training for service staff in the field.
- Train the service Advisor & Technician, mechanics in different skill set as per the business requirement
- Must qualify knowledge in latest technologies
- Identifying the training need from business team and training the mechanics on the field
- Must possess knowledge and train the mechanics in mechanical, electrical, engine, telematics fitment, retro fitment, alternative fuel system, acessories fitment
- Conducting workshops at college level to bring interest among the freshers
- Maintaing the training report very accurately

Experienced as service advisor or related to service and training in cars will be suitable
- Presentation skills Communications skills
- Diploma or BE in Automobile / Mechanical

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
