Consulting with clients to understand their goals and current fitness levels.

Creating comprehensive workout and nutrition plans for clients.

Demonstrate or explain how to perform various exercises and routines to minimize injuries and improve fitness

Watch clients do exercises to ensure that they are using the correct techniques

Provide alternative exercises during workouts or classes for different levels of fitness and skill

Motivating and guiding clients during their training sessions.

Should train non PT members when not taking PT’s.

Monitor clients' progress and adapt programs as needed

Explain and enforce safety rules and regulations on sports, recreational activities, and the use of exercise equipment

Using in-depth knowledge to answer clients' questions.

Providing clients with regular feedback and accountability on their progress.

Working with management and fellow staff to ensure the gym functions effectively.

Soliciting new clients to sign up at the gym.

Give clients information or resources about nutrition, weight control, and lifestyle issues

Give emergency first aid if needed

Give clients ample notice if you need to change appointment times and respond quickly to clients who must change their schedules

creating and maintaining positive, professional and trusting relationships with clients

proactively seeking and providing feedback in a manner which suits each individual client

assisting with membership retention strategies for existing clients

accurately recording your clients' training sessions and tracking relevant paperwork

acting as a positive role model for all clients

marketing your PT’s to increase your client base

Talk to members of the gym about their goals and introduce them to our personal training packages

Arrive at least 10 minutes prior to scheduled appointment.

Attend all monthly mandatory meetings and semester trainings.

Perform opening/closing procedures of the fitness floor and cardio areas.

Provide customer service by assisting patrons and clients via spotting, answering questions on exercise and techniques as well as demonstrations on fitness equipment.

Actively marketing and promoting current facilities and programs hosted by the company.

Attend regularly scheduled departmental meetings for all areas necessary.

Lead both individual and group training sessions

Research on new exercise techniques and trends

Promote the gym’s fitness packages and plans

Inform clients about on gym safety and hygiene guidelines

**Salary**: From ₹15,000.00 per month
