**Job Summary**:
Tetra Pak Global Information Management (Global IM) supports the Tetra Pak Group with all aspects of Information Management. We set the Information Management strategy and standards and work together with Tetra Pak’s Global Process Owners to automate our business processes making sure we run projects & services that provide the greatest value for Tetra Pak and its customers. Global IM has approx. 900 employees in four main sites: Chakan in India, Lund in Sweden, Denton in the USA and in Singapore.
- We are based in Chakan, Pune
- Transport Services Provided, Work Mode : Hybrid : 2 days' Work from Home and 3 days' Work from Office.
- Work from Office timings: IST 07:30 am to IST 04:30 pm

**What you will do**:
Supplier Management Service delivery team is supporting IT solutions used by the supplier management organization within Tetra Pak on a global base. The supported processes are - Sourcing, Contracting, P2O (purchase to order) for both Direct and Indirect Segments, SLP (Supplier Lifecycle Performance), Guided Buying, Spot Buy, Ariba Network Supply Chain Collaboration, SLP - MDG Integration. Working closely with Pro-cess Integration (PI) and ABAP team to analyse the issues and map the process/scenarios on need basis.

As a team member of the Supplier Management service delivery team;
- Provide 2nd-4th level support to end-users, super users and global process team geographically spread over the world.
- Resolve incident & service request in timely matter with quality in order to meet SLAs, KPIs.
- Deliver GAPs (mini projects) within the area
- Sharing knowledge in area and document the solution in Problem Management Portal or in any central document repository.
- Propose, participate/drive continuous improvement of the service work
- Collaborate with users, business partners, suppliers and other Global IM colleagues (infrastructure & other teams) in order to man-age tasks.
- Participate in Innovation Ideation.

Project members where Supplier Management expertise is required will need to be involved in discussions to understand and implement the requirements of the solutions.
- Support is provided on a global base and stakeholders are globally situated. Hence, flexibility to adjust working hours might be required

**We believe you have**:
**Must Have Technical Skillset competence**:
1 Ariba P2O for Indirect Segments for all scenarios including Guided Buying and Spot Buy with back end inte-gration to ECC/S4 HANA system
2 MM (Procurement Module) and its integration with FI, SD & WM in ECC/S4 HANA
3 Ariba API Knowledge, AN SCC (Ariba Network Supplier Chain Collaboration) or Ariba Procurement Desk
4 Native Integration: Ariba-SAP ECC/S4, SAP ECC/S4-Ariba, Ariba SLP-MDG using CIG (Cloud Integration Gateway)
5 Ariba: Sourcing & Contracting for both Indirect and Direct Segments

**Good to Have Technical Skillset competence**:
1 POIA (Commercial Automation) & Ariba network
2 Knowledge of Blanket Order, Service Order, Service Entry Sheet, Guided Buying
3 SAP Friori
4 SAP Ariba Guided Sourcing
5 SAP Fieldglass

**Key competence - Professional Skills & Competences**:
5 or more years experience with SAP Ariba and/or SAP ECC (EHP7 or EHP8)/S4 HANA system.

Good technical & functional understanding & knowledge in the area.
- Good understanding of business processes in Supplier Management (i.e. Sourcing and Procurement) or Source to Pay area- Proven hands-on experience: Either or both, project implementation experience and or service desk level 3 and or 4 experience, will be required.
- Good understanding of SAP on Premise and on Cloud infrastructure architecture standards & components
- Ability to translate user requirements to technical design specifications

**Considered to be an advantage**:

- SAP certification in SAP MM / Sourcing and Procurement module in SAP S/4 HANA
- SAP Ariba Certification
- Understanding / knowledge in ABAP and Fiori
- Understanding / knowledge in SAP Process Integration (PI), Business Process Management (BPM) and Business Rules Manage-ment (BRM), SAP BTP and API Management
- SAP FieldGlass Certification
