Visit assigned cosmetics stores and general stores to promote and sell the company's products.

Develop and maintain positive relationships with store owners, managers, and staff.

Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to educate store staff and customers about the features, benefits, and value of the products.

Identify and understand the specific needs and preferences of each store and recommend suitable products accordingly.

Effectively communicate the unique selling points and competitive advantages of the company's products to persuade customers to make purchases.

Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Actively seek out and generate new leads and sales opportunities within assigned territories.

Achieve daily and monthly sales targets by proactively promoting products, closing sales, and upselling additional products.

Utilize the company's CRM or sales app to track customer interactions, sales activities, and update relevant information promptly.

Prepare and submit daily activity reports, sales reports, and other required documentation accurately and on time.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market developments to effectively position the company's products in the market.

Collaborate with the sales team and provide feedback on customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.

Participate in regular sales meetings, training sessions, and product knowledge sessions to enhance selling skills and product expertise.

Continuously strive to improve sales performance and meet or exceed assigned sales targets.

Maintain a professional and presentable appearance while representing the company and its products.

**Salary**: From ₹10,000.00 per month
