**Job Summary**:
We are seeking experienced and dynamic individuals to join our team as **Full-time Corporate Trainers.** As a Corporate Trainer, you will play a vital role in enhancing the skills, knowledge, and performance of employees within our organization or client organizations. You will design and deliver engaging training programs that align with business objectives, drive employee development, and contribute towards our clients & organizational success.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements within the organization.
- Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs and workshops tailored to the needs of various departments and levels of employees.
- Create engaging training materials, including presentations, handouts, manuals, and multimedia resources, to support learning objectives.
- Deliver training sessions through various formats, such as instructor-led classroom training, virtual classrooms, webinars, and e-learning platforms.
- Facilitate interactive and participatory learning experiences, incorporating a variety of instructional techniques, including group discussions, case studies, simulations, and hands-on activities.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continually improve training programs and delivery methods.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback sessions to measure learning outcomes and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide individual coaching or mentoring to employees to reinforce training concepts and support skill development.
- Maintain training records, attendance, and evaluations to track training participation and assess the impact of training initiatives.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Education, Human Resources, Business Administration) or equivalent practical experience.

Proven experience as a Corporate Trainer or in a similar role, designing and delivering training programs for diverse audiences.

Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and connect with participants at all levels of the organization.

Strong instructional design skills, including the ability to develop effective training materials and assessments.

Proficiency in using a variety of training delivery methods and platforms, such as instructor-led training, virtual classrooms, e-learning, and multimedia resources.

Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design models to create engaging and effective training programs.

**Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.**

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple training programs simultaneously.

Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and priorities, adjusting training content and delivery methods as necessary.

**Salary**: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
