**_Responsibilities_**:

- **
- **_Handle Manual payments (EFT, Wire, Lockbox, Cheques)_**

**_ _**
- **_Handling group mailbox -remittance index and queries._**

**_ _**
- **_Download remittances through customer portals._**

**_ _**
- **_Booking of Incoming Payments and allocating them to the invoices._**

**_ _**
- **_Handle deductions/residuals / reconciliations_**

**_ _**
- **_Co-ordinate with collections and deduction teams for resolutions_**

**_ _**
- **_Handling Direct debit process._**

**_ _**
- **_Handling of Credit note payments._**

**_ _**

**_ _**
- **_Handling of Refund process
- co-ordinate with Finance and AP team for approval and refund initiation._**

**_ _**
- **_Handling Provisions & Write-offs process_**

**_ _**
- **_Perform auto and manual matching of debits and credits._**

**_ _**
- **_Archiving supporting documents for the payments applied and manual clearings._**

**_ _**
- **_Reporting periodical/on the spot regarding the activity process indicators._**

**_ _**
- **_Support in scope process related ad hoc requests from Business group and local units._**

**_ _**
- **_Provide required monthly reports as per SOW._**

**_ _**
- **_SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) creation and updating._**

**_ _**
- **_Implement improvements to current processes._**

**_ _**
- **_Timely reply to queries from various stake holders._**

- **_Creation manual invoices on bases input provided with in TAT_**

**_ _**
- **_Rebilling of invoices as re per request_**

**_ _**
- **_Uploading invoices on customer portal._**

**_ _**
- **_Revenue accrual process based on different types of deals according to Revenue Recognition Policy._**

- **_Billing Process based on different types of deals._**

**_ _**
- **_Month close activities from Revenue & Billing Perspective._**

- **_Proper accounting of billing and accrual related transactions._**

**_ _**
- **_Downloading invoices status from customer portals._**

**_ _**
- **_Reporting the ageing of invoice to various stake holders_**

**_ _**
- **_Other ad-hoc reporting on demand_**

**_ Qualifications we seek in you_**:

**_Minimum Qualifications_**
**_ _**
- **_Post Graduation (B.COM)_**

**_ _**
- **_Prior experience in OTC domain_**

**_
- **
**_ Preferred Qualifications/ Skills_**

- **_Sound MS office knowledge specially Excel_**

**_ _**
- **_Sound Communication should be able to communicate with end customers._**

- **_Flexible to work in any shifts._**
